1. Website use
The public website provides information about Golden Gates Travel services and allows prospective clients to submit enquiries. Submission of an enquiry does not itself create a university application, visa application or guarantee of service.
2. Third-party decisions
Universities, schools, embassies, immigration authorities, airlines and other third parties make their own decisions and control their own processing times. Golden Gates Travel does not guarantee admission, visa issuance, residence permission, travel approval or third-party processing time.
3. Accuracy of information
Clients and students are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and genuine documents. Delays or negative outcomes caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late or misleading information remain outside Golden Gates Travel’s control.
4. Student portal
Portal accounts are personal. Login credentials must not be shared. Students must review their own record and report inaccuracies promptly. Access may be restricted where misuse, impersonation or a security risk is suspected.
5. Fees and third-party charges
Service fees, university fees, government charges, document-processing costs, insurance, travel costs and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise in a written quotation, invoice or agreement.
6. Documents and communication
Students should use the secure portal or official Golden Gates contact channels for case-related communication. Important instructions should be checked against the relevant university, embassy or authority where appropriate.
7. Availability
The website and portal may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages or security work. Golden Gates Travel may update features, workflows or service descriptions as operations change.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Golden Gates Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection obligations.
